SNY Story1

2025-06-20

Mr. Zhang, a veteran electrician, was working at a control panel installation for a machinery manufacturer. One day, he noticed that a terminal connection had come loose and the wire had signs of overheating — even slight melting.

“What happened here?” he asked, concerned.

His assistant replied, “It might be due to poor crimping or just that this area is too tight for proper wiring.”

Mr. Zhang nodded. This was a common issue: tight installation spaces, frequent wiring adjustments, and zero tolerance for failure. Traditional bare terminals were hard to work with and prone to loosening under heat or vibration.

So he recommended switching to nylon insulated spade terminals.

  • The spade (fork) shape allowed easy and quick connection — just loosen the screw halfway, insert or remove the wire;

  • The nylon insulation provided better heat resistance, durability, and safety;

  • And it made installation smoother, especially in tight or maintenance-heavy environments.

Since then, wiring has become much simpler — and Mr. Zhang hasn’t had another terminal-related headache.
